When I met Perry I was amazed by his enthusiasm about multipotentialites and neurodiversity. Being both myself I knew about it, but I had never met anyone who was so open and comfortable with a topic many are uncomfortable with. We kept in touch and he then told me about the Octopus movement, a group that he had started to connect the people. To create a safe space for those who needed it. Perry started a community, and he continued to grow it with so much integrity and genuine kindness, compassion and love that the community expanded. Yet it is still the safe heaven for those who need it. He is one of the few people that knows about community building. What started as curiosity developed in so much more. Always built out with the people in mind. The thing with Perry is, he's incredibly smart and creative – he tends to hide this well by making a joke or being so open to listening, which makes you forget that he has a plan. Now this plan most of the times doesn't resemble a linear thinking plan, because he's a non-linear thinker, but that is what makes it so brilliant. He brings you non-linear thinking in a way that linear thinkers are amazed and still understand and embrace it. That is why I highly recommend you work with Perry! He's a great consultant whether you want to build (out) your community – or you simply need a refreshing look to grow further.

Your insights on neurodiversity, nonlinear thinking, and AI sparked powerful conversations and left a lasting impression. Your story and the vision behind The Octopus Movement – a global network of nonlinear thinkers – resonated deeply with our team. In a world shaped by AI, your call to embrace creativity and diverse minds is both timely and essential. We're grateful for your inspiring presence and perspective. Your voice will help guide us toward a more inclusive and innovative future.

Over the past five years, I've watched Perry do something few can: build an organic, genuinely-felt movement -- not from flashy branding or hype (although Perry certainly has a sense of artistry), but from true empathy and connection. He uses the same skills that make him such a dynamic speaker -- compassion, intelligence, playfulness, and buoyant energy -- to create spaces where nonlinear thinkers feel seen, accepted, and empowered. And this isn't just sappy, "We Are the World"-style performative community-building. Perry knows how to mobilize. I've seen him rally people into action with stunning speed and cohesion -- whether it's for a partnership with a global venture studio or the creation of a nonprofit. His ability to inspire, organize, and direct energy toward a shared purpose is rare. But it works because his focus is never on himself -- it's always on the movement, and the possibilities it holds. He has the drive, the vision, the patience, and the proven know-how to make a movement really work. If you're looking for a movement-building strategist who can help you galvanize a community and spark real change -- then you NEED Perry Knoppert at your table.

Imagine strapping yourself to a rocket that doesn't know what gravity is. That's what this feels like. I signed up thinking I was getting a consultant. Wrong. I got a chaos whisperer. A friction alchemist. A movement producer who somehow turned my late-night scribbles, half-formed rants, and Post-It mosaics into a strategy that actually made people care. One week we're talking about octopuses (or is it octopi? still don't know), the next week I'm re-naming my brand, sketching a model on a napkin, and being introduced to someone in Lisbon who changes everything. It's not “linear.” It's jazz. It's fire. It's therapy for your business plan. Things that can happen working with Perry in 6 months: > You will start to make waves in your community > You will recruit a small cult of early believers (the good kind). > You will have 5000 global allies to draw on and bounce things off of > You will believe there are new ways to do things > You will start to understand how to create momentum and movement > Your people will never stop remembering Perry > Your brain will be forever open > You will understand why NASA calls this guy. Is the investment worth it? YES. Especially if you want to stop playing by the rules and start bending reality. If you're bored of templated formulas, ready to build actual movement and momentum, and secretly want your work to feel like a movement people tattoo on their bodies… this is it. It's not coaching. It's not consulting. It's full human-powered momentum.
